Facebook is once again down after issues at a third-party networking provider took down Facebook for some users on Wednesday.

Attempts to access Facebook came up with the message: “Service Unavailable – DNS Error. The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later. ” See image below.  Facebook “Like” buttons also appear to be down on various sites across the Web.

Twitter rolled out a “new Twitter.com” at a press conference yesterday which will enable users to easily see embedded photos and videos directly on Twitter from services such as Dailybooth, Flickr, Twitgoo, TwitPic, Twitvid, USTREAM, Vimeo, Yfrog, YouTube, etc., as well as more easily find related content.

Inline media in tweets has been available on third-party Twitter clients prior to the introduction of Twitter’s new site, but multimedia in tweets could only be seen by clicking on a link to view the image or clip on an external site.
